Training
Training is important particularly during the initial use of the software but also later on, to provide the necessary updates. The trainees on our training courses are given an insight into the structure of our company and the way we operate. We want to fill our customers with enthusiasm about our work and consider the feedback that we receive during training as an important instrument for monitoring our operations.
There are 3 main types of training
- Introduction training during initial introduction of a system or certain system components.
During this training we concentrate on providing basic information on how to use the system. As well as explaining the functionality and operation of individual programs, it is particularly important to give the trainees a basic understanding of the structure of the system and the relevant dependencies during this training. - Customer-specific training
System components are explained with special focus on the customer's individual requirements during customer-specific training courses - Workshops
Our workshops do more than just convey information. At these events we analyse working and operating procedures together with the customer and develop solutions for the optimum use of the software.
All mdv training courses have an educational basis and are based upon our expertise in putting across software information so that it makes sense.
Our trainers have support experience and as well as being thoroughly familiar with the software they also know how transport companies operate, which puts them in a position to deliver good training courses.
The trainers are specialists who have been trained in the use of the software that is the subject of the training and are also involved with the relevant subject matter during their other work at mdv.
The quality of our software is guaranteed by training assessments and a monitoring system for new employees.
