Interactive Maps
Interactive mapping includes beside the display of maps in the context of journey planning as well the map generation process. This enables providers of the mdv Journey Planner system to present maps which are configurable in look and feel and functionality depending on the mapping requirements and corporate identity. The mdv Journey planner is able to select origin, destination and via points from official schematic maps or from interactive maps.

Beside stops as well places of interest can be selected.
The mdv Journey Planner enables users to display journey results on printable PDF maps or on interactive maps. The result in the interactive maps can be animated so can display moving vehicles with mouse over functionality.
