Timetable posters

The mdv timetable poster facility is used to generate posters. Some transport authorities have to provide more than 10,000 stops with posters. These posters usually relate to a certain stop on a certain route. The timetable data are automatically prepared so that only the relevant departures from the current stop are displayed. The routing that is still possible is also displayed (known as the spider). This is calculated automatically on the basis of the possible destinations from the current departure stop.

CBS timetable posters

The CBS poster is mainly displayed at major stops. These are usually railway stations. Various routes are shown on the CBS poster. The specified departure times relate to the current departure stop. Because of the increased number of routes, an abridged version of the timetable data is displayed. Only the most important destinations are shown for each journey, not every possible destination. It is also possible to create a CBS poster that only shows the arrivals at a certain stop.
