Premiere: Duty Schedule Optimization Workshop
For the first time, the recently initiated workshop for duty schedule optimization took place at mdv?s offices in Munich, Germany on 16-17 March 2010. The feedback was positive: a number of duty schedulers took advantage of the opportunity to exchange their experience with one another and discuss current and future development of the module. At the end of the workshop, both new and experienced users were unanimous: the benefit was so large that a follow-up workshop is to be planned with the intention to have a regular workshops take place in the future.
